Delivery Policy
At Amal Furniture Store, we take pride in delivering your furniture with care, reliability, and efficiency through our own in-house delivery service. Please review our delivery terms below:
Delivery Areas & Timelines
- Colombo District: Delivery will be completed within 3–5 working days from the date of order confirmation.
- Outstation Areas (outside Colombo): Delivery will be completed within 3–10 working days, depending on location and accessibility.
Delivery Charges
- Colombo: A delivery fee of 3,000 will be charged per furniture set.
- Outstation: A delivery fee of 5,000 will be charged per furniture set.
Refund & Return Policy
- We do not offer refunds or returns for any furniture items once delivery has been completed and accepted by the customer.
- A refund or replacement will only be offered if the product is found to be damaged at the time of delivery. In such cases, the customer must inform our delivery team immediately and notify our customer support with photos of the damage.
We kindly request all customers to inspect their items upon delivery. Your satisfaction and trust are important to us, and we are committed to ensuring your furniture reaches you in perfect condition.
